Contact TechChamp
Spotted a mistake, have a question about the site, or need to make a privacy request? We’d like to hear from you. This page explains what we can help with, and how to reach us.
Please note: TechChamp is an independent information site and isn’t the National Lottery, its operator or its regulator. We can’t confirm that a ticket has won, check ticket ownership, or process or advise on prize claims. For those, please contact the official channels. We’ll never ask you for your ID, bank details, passwords or a photo of your ticket.
What we can help with
- Mistakes. A wrong number, date, prize amount or broken page in our results or guides. This is the most useful thing you can tell us.
- Questions about the site. How something works, what a figure means, or how we record results.
- Privacy requests. Asking what information we hold, or to correct or delete it. See our privacy policy for your rights.
- Feedback and suggestions. Ideas for making the site clearer or more useful.
What we can’t help with
- Confirming a win or a claim. Only the operator can do that. See how to claim a National Lottery prize.
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets, payments, or anything involving the operator’s games or accounts.
- Predictions or “winning numbers”. Draws are random, so nobody can provide them.
- Financial, legal or medical advice. For help with gambling, see responsible play.
Reporting a mistake
To help us fix an error quickly, please tell us:
- The page address (the URL) where you saw it.
- What looks wrong, and what you expected to see.
- What the official source says, if you can check it.
Our archive can lag behind the official announcement, so please check the official result first. See how to use results archives. We’ll look into every report and correct confirmed errors.

Beware of impersonators
If someone claiming to be TechChamp asks you for ID, bank details, passwords, one-time passwords or a fee to release a prize, it isn’t us.
